Biography
Sajjad Sayyar works as a senior structural engineer in the private sector in the Washington metropolitan area. He received his PhD at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC in 2020. His research interests include real time monitoring, control and optimization of infrastructural system, intelligence structures, resilient and sustainability modeling of infrastructural systems, and finite element methods (FEM). He has more than 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis as well as experience in the forensic investigation of structures.
